About us
​DSBC started out of a Men's Bible Study group that began meeting in the Sale Barn in 2007. It soon became clear that there was a need to reach families and children in the Decatur area. Those who came to serve all felt a conviction about being on mission in our local area as well as around the world.
Meet the team
Pastors
Lead Pastor
Terry Horton
Terry founded Decatur Sale Barn Church in 2007 with Melissa by his side. They live in Decatur and have one grandchild. Terry serves as the lead pastor, and Melissa serves in the women's ministry.
Associate Pastor
Matthew Sallee
Matthew and Krystina Sallee joined the church in 2014. The Sallees live in Lincoln with their two kids, Mac and Molly. Matthew serves as associate pastor. Krystina serves in the kids ministry as a leader.
Youth Pastor
David Pequeño
David and Anne Pequeño joined the church in 2025, and they live in Bella Vista. They have a daughter named Rosalie. David serves as the youth pastor. Anne serves in the youth ministry and on the worship team.
Deacons

Dustin Coffman
Dustin and Jennifer Coffman live in Decatur, and they joined the church in 2022. They have three children and four grandchildren. Dustin serves as a deacon and on the worship team. Jennifer serves in the kitchen ministry.
Lee Donnell
Lee and Leslie Donnell joined DSBC in 2014, and they currently live in Bella Vista. They have 10 kids; Nicole, Crissy, Sarah, Ashley, Evie, Kate, Maddie, Sam, Abbey, and Emma. They also have 13 grandchildren. Lee serves as a deacon and the worship leader, and Leslie serves on the church financial committee and in the kitchen ministry.
Doug Holly
Doug and Darleen Holly joined the church in 2020 and live in Decatur, AR. They have 2 sons named Josh and Ethan, and they have four grandchildren. Doug serves as a deacon, and Darleen serves in the kids ministry. Both of them serve in the kitchen ministry.
Rick Jones
Rick and Vickie Jones live in Springdale, AR, and they have three daughters and son-in-laws. They have seven grandchildren. They joined DSBC in 2023. Rick serves on the financial committee and as a small group leader in the youth ministry. Vickie works in the children's ministry with the 2-3 year old class.
Dean Kingsland
Dean and Kim Kingsland live in Centeron, AR, and they joined the church in 2021. They have one son named Micah. Dean serves on the worship team and serves as an AWANAs listener for children's ministry. Kim aslo serves as an AWANAs listener for children's ministry, and she assists with children's check in on Wednesday nights.
Mike Lowe
Mike and Kim Lowe live in Gravette, AR, and they have been members of the church since 2011. They have three sons, Spencer, Brody, and Jarrett, and two daughters-in-law, Brookelyn and Beth. They also have two grandchildren, Kallum and Coen. Mike serves as a deacon and greeter, and he works in the kitchen ministry. He also serves as a listener for AWANAs and as a van driver when needed. Kim serves as a girls' small group leader in the youth ministry.
Doug Parker
Doug and Tammy Parker joined the church in 2009 with their three sons, Lincoln, Quinten and Ethan. Doug and Tammy live in Gravette, AR. Doug serves as a deacon and a helper in the kids ministry. He also serves on the financial committee. Tammy serves as a women’s Bible study leader and a kids ministry helper.
Quinten Parker
Quinten and Janeé Parker live in Centerton, AR and have a daughter named Brighton and a son named Reid. Quinten joined the church with his parents in 2009, and Janeé joined the church in 2017 after marrying Quinten. Quinten serves as a deacon, a finance committee member, and a boys small group leader in the youth ministry. Janeé serves as a girls small group leader in the youth ministry. The Parkers also organize events for the young adults ministry group.
Brad Ray
Brad and Tyranny Ray joined DSBC in 2020 and live in Centerton, AR. They have four sons named Elias, Noble, Caden, and Jerry. Both of them serve as the teachers for the 4th and 5th grade class on Sunday mornings. Brad serves as the kids game leader on Wednesday nights, and Tyranny serves as the 4th and 5th grade leader for Wednesday nights.
